This workshop is presented by Maureen Lake MA. Maureen is a holistic wellness professional helping woman reverse their chronic disease and create the best new version of themselves. She is the author of the best-selling book on self-care for busy moms, “Being Happy, Raising Happy.”

Maureen is a graduate of the Integrated Medicine Institute and professionally trained by Dr. Aviva Romm. She is certified in plant-based nutrition from Cornell University, holistic nutrition, and special education. Maureen has helped hundreds of women, including working professionals and stay at home moms.

She specializes in self-care, thyroid disease, insulin resistance, and sleep issues. She’s helped women regain their health, energy, and strength through lifestyle changes and diet. In addition to offering virtual and in-person coaching, Maureen is the president of Thrive diabetes 501c and podcast host for Graceful Healing. She has appeared on Fox News, Thrive Global, Organic Newsroom, She Speaks, Bustle, SixtyandMe and more. Maureen lives in Denver Colorado with her husband, three children, and two dogs.

Get back on track with your health and NOURISH from within

In this workshop our guest expert will guide you through balancing your nutritional choices and discovering what your personal blueprint for healthy eating is. You will discover how to find out what works for you on an individual basis then how to balance your meals, what to eat, when to eat and how to eat. We will also cover the role of superfoods and what needs to be part of your diet to keep you nourished and happy. Also, how you can implement this into your daily life to improve your energy, focus, productivity and weight loss (if needed). 

This workshop is presented by Naomi Buff. Naomi is a Holistic Wellness Coach, Superfood Supplier and Kitchen Consultant, currently living in Kent. She previously resided in Monaco for 7 years, which is where she initially found her passion and launched her company. Her journey began in 2011, after struggling to find foods her toddler son would eat she eventually discovered his love of healthy juices and smoothies in a eureka moment, Naomi’s wellness mission took off.

She took a course in nutrition and started sharing her simple and delicious recipes with Monaco residents with nutritional workshops and through consulting with Monaco’s top hotels and restaurants. In 2015 Naomi created a range of superfood and adaptogen powdered blends which were formulated by leading health and wellness supplement scientist Sara Palmer Hussey, her blends are available online and in Harrods.

Naomi has moved back to the UK in 2017. She has since rebranded and relaunched her company, serving clients online and in Sevenoaks at her home residency. Naomi runs nutritional cookery classes in Monaco, London and Sevenoaks and is a women’s wellness coach working 1-2-1 and with small groups in personal and virtually.

Peak Radiance : Creating impactful habits for everyday wellness

Optimum wellness and wellbeing depends on having a sustainable and enjoyable work/ life balance. In order to create this balance, you need to explore how to nurture powerful and impactful habits for everyday performance. Kim de los Reyes, founder of Peak Radiance, believes that tapping into the energy of your mind, body, and soul can unlock your own rhythm of performance and using this is key to create and strengthen core habits. She then implements theories of thinking and action to make sure these newfound habits can create maximum impact, allowing joy and radiance to lead and amplify performance- the secret to sustainable peak performance.

Kim de los Reyes is a performance wellness mentor, speaker, and aspiring author based in NYC. She became intrigued with implementing wellness and peak performance together, by introducing it in a way that was relatable, and usable by women around the world back in 2016 after decades of being an athlete and nurse clinician. Her passion for Peak performance stems from being a competitive martial artist for 2 decades, and having represented the US in international competitions. She also has a decade of experience as a specialized nurse clinician in some of the top hospitals in the USA, as well as a science researcher in Cornell University and Rockefeller University.

Conscious living for positive work / life balance

Join this workshop to learn practical philosophy techniques to live and work more consciously for increased happiness. Plus, how we can cultivate more sattva (wholeness) drawing on the principles of Ayurveda and by having a daily practice that is individual to you.

Emotional Intelligence is now recognised as being a greater indicator of a successful (happy) life over IQ. How we can support our emotions without repressing them using the tools of yoga, meditation, and the power of plants.

This workshop is presented by Katie Turner. Katie had a career traveling the world as a professional dancer and model before founding BabyBop; a dance class for pre-school children. She has over 10 years of teaching experience and is 500hrs certified in ISHTA Yoga which stands for the “Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda” and combining elements of these three ancient eastern disciplines to produce a modern yoga system that trains, instructs, and develops the body, mind, and spirit.

She is a member of the School of Economic Science and shares their core subject ‘Practical Philosophy’ which takes inspiration from Advaita philosophy and combines the wisdom of East and West, valuing real-life experience over theory. More recently she spent a month at the OSHO International Meditation Resort in India and is passionate about sharing OSHO’s work to help others live more consciously. Katie promotes a natural lifestyle and natural healing by using the tools of Yoga, Meditation and her doTERRA Essential Oils business.
